Ali Abassi's Prix d'un certain regard winner at the Cannes festival is probably the film that I'm most proud of. Our outstanding Production VFX supervisor Peter Hjort won the European Film Award for his work on the film and Peter, Christian Sjöstedt and I won the Swedish Academy Award - Guldbaggen, one of the 6 awards for the team behind the film.

Our main work was to create the babies our troll characters had and we worked with Morten Jacobsen to create some very odd but still likable little troll offspring.

Oddly this is also one of three films in a row I did with strong female leads that have the ability to communicate with animals so of course we had to do additional plate shoots with deer, a fox and a moose!
